VirtueTech Recruitment Group is seeking an Application Support Analyst to provide both technical and procedural assistance to internal teams and external stakeholders. You will act as a key contact for incident resolution, manage outages, and collaborate with infrastructure, service desk and IT teams to maintain service levels.

This role sits in Front Office IT and requires trading platforms experience with FIX connectivity.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with Trading Platforms and FIX Connectivity.
• Proficient in Windows and Linux/Unix environments with SQL and Oracle databases.
• Background in financial services, with insight into trading, clearing, and settlement processes.
• Excellent communicator with strong documentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in ITIL, change management, and continuous improvement of systems.
• Skilled in API onboarding, FIX messaging and market connectivity protocols.
• Ability to support high-frequency trading platforms and manage upgrades.
• Strong PowerShell experience is a must.
