We are seeking a CITMA Qualified Senior Trade Mark Paralegal for a role with one of the UK’s most highly regarded practices.

The role involves taking responsibility for tasks delegated by fee earners, liaising with clients, IPOs, and foreign agents to ensure queries are managed promptly. As a senior team member, you will lead by example, supervising, mentoring, and training other team members to ensure effective teamwork and support.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with international filing programmes, prosecution, registration, oppositions, and managing assignments and other name/address changes. Experience in drafting high-quality correspondence and managing a busy diary reminder system is also essential.
