Customer Success Manager – keen to hear specifically from experienced CSMs, Lawyers or Paralegals

A brilliant opportunity for a legal professional or experienced Customer Success Manager to join a market-leading disruptive Legal-tech software company in London, UK. This offers a unique opportunity to use your expertise to transition into the future of tech and AI. You will be joining the team that supports the customer base, providing valuable insight into the needs of busy legal teams, while guiding clients on how to get the most out of the software to enhance their processes and improve efficiency. We are particularly keen to hear from those with Corporate Law experience or those with careers in Customer Success Management for a SaaS organisation.

Location: Central London– Hybrid – 3 days on site

Requirements for Customer Success Manager

  • A minimum of 2 years working as either a Customer Success Manager (or very similar), Lawyer or Paralegal (preferably in corporate law)
  • Top academics: 2.1 or 1st-class degree from a top university and at least AAB at A Level; ensure academics are on your CV
  • Ability to grasp technology quickly and interest in AI's impact on the legal sector
  • Motivated self-starter with problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills in fluent spoken and written English
  • If coming from legal roles, willingness to shift from traditional legal positions to legal tech

Responsibilities for Customer Success Manager

  • Serve as a knowledge resource ensuring excellent customer experience
  • Coordinate with clients, sales, and technical teams
  • Manage handovers between pre-sales and post-sales
  • Assist clients in maximizing software benefits, overseeing engagement and relationships
  • Resolve client issues promptly and support user adoption
  • Represent customer voice internally to improve service delivery
  • Enhance customer retention through engagement
