Accuflex has an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal and/or Legal Technologist to join a friendly in-house legal team.

Specialism: Legal Technology - Legal Operations - In-House Legal Support
Location: Central London (Hybrid – 2 days per week in office)
Start Date: Mid-June 2025
Duration: 2–3 months
Working Pattern: Full-time

Overview:
We are currently working with a client in the industrials sector who is seeking a Paralegal or Junior Legal Technologist to support the implementation of Luminance within their in-house legal function. This is an excellent opportunity to be involved in a live legal tech transformation project within a large, collaborative legal team in a dynamic in-house environment.

The Role:
The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues and stakeholders to support the integration and effective use of Luminance, an AI-driven document review platform. This role will suit someone with either experience using Luminance or a background in legal operations, legal technology, or supporting the implementation of similar platforms within in-house teams.

You will be part of a large legal team, known for its collegial culture and friendly environment, making this a great opportunity for professionals who enjoy working closely with others and making a real impact.

Some tasks and responsibilities may include:

• Assist with the implementation and configuration of Luminance, supporting rollout and user adoption across the legal team.
• Support the organisation, review, and migration of legal documentation into the new platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across legal and other departments to help deliver a smooth tech transition.
• Troubleshoot early-stage issues, provide user support, and relay feedback to project leads.
• Carry out general legal admin tasks to support the wider team during the project.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience using Luminance is highly desirable.
• Alternatively, experience in legal technology, legal operations, or supporting similar system transitions (e.g., contract lifecycle management tools, document automation, data migration).
• Background as a Paralegal, Legal Technologist, or similar role within a similar in-house environment.
• Strong IT literacy, attention to detail, and organisational skills.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid setup, with 2 days per week in the Central London office.
• A collaborative and proactive mindset – someone who thrives in a friendly, team-oriented culture.
