PA Consulting is seeking a senior leader in Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) to guide enterprise-wide risk and resilience programs for major financial services clients. You will advise executive committees and boards, shape governance, and drive transformations across outsourcing, supplier risk and regulatory readiness.

You will leverage deep industry and consulting experience across banks, insurers and regulators, with a focus on cloud, AI and critical third parties.

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of experience in Third Party Risk Management and Operational Resilience.
• Experience engaging directly with regulators, executive committees and boards.
• Proven track record leading enterprise-wide TPRM transformations.
• Strong understanding of technology, cloud and digital supplier risk.

Responsabilités

• Lead design and transformation of enterprise-wide TPRM frameworks, operating models and governance structures.
• Advise Boards and Executive Committees on third-party, outsourcing and supplier-related risks.
• Develop target operating models aligning procurement, risk, resilience, compliance, legal and technology.
• Lead large-scale TPRM transformation, remediation and regulatory change programmes.
• Define risk appetites, control frameworks, policies, standards and KRIs.
