Job summary

PA Consulting is seeking an experienced Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) Principal Consultant to lead enterprise-wide risk, resilience and outsourcing initiatives for banking, insurance and asset management clients.

You will advise boards and regulators, shape risk governance, design operating models, and guide multi-disciplinary teams through complex transformations, cloud and AI supplier risk programs.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in Third Party Risk Management and Operational Resilience.
• Experience leading enterprise TPRM transformations.
• Experience engaging with regulators, executive committees and boards.
• Strong commercial and client-facing capabilities.
• Experience in banking, insurance, asset management or regulation.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and transformation of enterprise-wide TPRM frameworks and governance.
• Advise Boards and Executive Committees on third-party and supplier risks.
• Develop target operating models aligning procurement, risk, resilience and legal.
• Lead regulatory readiness, remediation and assurance reviews.
• Manage complex engagements with multi-disciplinary teams.
