Northern Trust is seeking an experienced TPMO Lead to drive the design and operationalization of third party risk management across the firm. You will shape program scope, governance, artifacts, and controls, working with global business units to meet regulatory expectations.

In this role you will mentor teams, manage stakeholder relations, and ensure timely delivery of risk management capabilities, with a strong emphasis on data, reporting, and cross‑jurisdictional compliance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and 5-10 years in financial services / internal audit / risk consulting preferred.
• Thorough understanding of third-party risk management with vendor risk experience.
• Understanding of global risk regulatory requirements with emphasis on US (OCC, FFIEC, FRB, FDIC) or UK (PRA, FCA).
• Ability to design program solutions, risk scoring and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Design and operationalize third party risk management programs.
• Design enterprise-wide third party risk management processes and manage roll out and maturity.
• Create and review program artifacts, risk methodologies, and reporting thresholds.
• Create gap analyses to identify risks requiring controls.
• Develop training materials and conduct TPM training, overseeing training performance.
• Monitor regulatory updates and guide enterprise-wide program adjustments.
• Review user specifications for technology enablement and process automation.
• Serve as TPM Program Subject Matter Expert for technology enablement.
