Northern Trust is seeking a seasoned TPMO lead to drive the design and operation of third party risk management programs on a global scale. You will shape risk methodologies, create artifacts and oversee training while coordinating with multiple business units to meet evolving regulatory expectations.

The role requires deep knowledge of third-party risk, stakeholder management, and experience with system implementations within financial services.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree and approximately 5-10 years of related work experience in financial services, internal audit, or risk consulting preferred.
• Undergraduate or graduate degree in Accounting, Finance or Risk highly preferred.
• Thorough understanding of third-party risk management, with experience in designing program solutions and risk reporting.
• Understanding of global risk regulatory requirements with emphasis on US or UK regulators.

Aufgaben

• Provide strategic leadership in designing and operationalizing third party risk management programs.
• Design enterprise-wide TPM processes and manage rollout and maturity.
• Create program artifacts, risk methodologies and reporting thresholds.
• Develop gap analyses and risk-mitigating controls.
• Oversee program documentation, training materials, and desk procedures.
• Create operating models and TPM training materials; oversee training performance.
• Monitor regulatory updates and advise on impacts to enterprise-wide programs.
• Review user specifications for technology enablement and process automation.
