Penguin Recruitment Ltd in Edinburgh is seeking an experienced Senior Town Planner to join their established planning team. You will deliver expert planning advice on residential, commercial and leisure schemes and lead projects within a supportive environment.

The role offers flexible working, strong career progression, mentoring opportunities for junior planners and the chance to build client relationships while preparing proposals and presenting at planning committees.

Competenze

• Chartered Member of the RTPI (or close to submitting)
• Previous experience within the planning industry, preferably within a consultancy environment

Mansioni

• Taking up the role of project lead on a variety of projects
• Mentoring junior members of the team
• Actively contribute to the further growth of the team and workload including the preparation of fee proposals
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients
• Preparing and submitting applications and appeals
• Attending client meetings and planning committees
