Job summary

Arup is looking for an experienced Senior Planner to join our town planning team in Yorkshire. You will manage planning applications for infrastructure projects and lead the day-to-day delivery of complex schemes, including multi-year DCO work with Yorkshire Water and other clients.

You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, advise clients on planning matters, and draft reports while engaging with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree or masters in town planning or equivalent.
• Chartered membership of RTPI or equivalent.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams on infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to secure consent for infrastructure projects (DCOs & planning applications).
• Advise clients on complex planning matters and lead day-to-day project delivery.
• Draft reports, advisories and conduct meetings with clients and stakeholders.
