Job summary

4Front Recruitment Limited is seeking a Senior Town Planner for a respected property and land consultancy in Dorset. You will lead planning projects from early stages through approval and help grow the client portfolio.

The role requires MRTPI status with experience in private practice or the public sector, and the ability to work independently within a collaborative team. Office-based in Sturminster Newton with occasional home working.

Qualifications

• Is a Chartered Member of the RTPI (MRTPI).
• Has proven experience within either private practice or the public sector.
• Enjoys building relationships with clients and delivering excellent service.
• Has strong knowledge of planning policy, the NPPF and Local Plans.
• Can confidently manage their own workload while working collaboratively within a wider professional team.
• Three years' post qualification experience is an advantage.

• Managing a wide variety of residential, agricultural and commercial planning applications

Senior Town Planner

Location: Sturminster Newton, Dorset

Salary: 60,000 plus commission and excellent benefits

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

What you'll be doing as a Senior Town Planner

No two days are the same. You'll be trusted to manage projects from the earliest planning stages through to completion, providing expert advice to clients and working alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team.

You'll be involved in:

We're looking for someone who
