The role involves leading planning applications, client liaison, mentoring junior planners, and contributing to regional growth. Bristol-based with a minimum of 3 days in the office and a flexible hybrid arrangement.

The candidate will bring MRTPI qualifications, strong planning expertise, and a proactive approach to business development and report preparation across diverse projects.

Qualifications

• Qualified MRTPI with strong technical planning expertise.
• Experience in planning consultancy, local authority, or development environment.
• Proven ability to manage planning applications, appeals, and projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; good knowledge of the South West market and policy landscape.
• Commercially aware with interest in networking and business development.
• Mentors and supports junior planners to develop skills.
