Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a quantitative field.
- 5+ years in Compensation, Benefits, Total Rewards, or related area.
- Experience across multiple countries or European markets is valued.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a key Compensation & Benefits partner across multiple European countries.
- Analyze compensation and benefits data and market information to develop insights and recommendations.
- Evaluate practices across markets and identify trends and opportunities.
- Support the design and evolution of competitive Compensation & Benefits programs.
- Translate complex data into clear recommendations for stakeholders.
- Lead regional Compensation & Benefits projects and initiatives.
- Monitor program effectiveness and cost; propose improvements.
- Partner on communications and education for leaders and employees.
- Provide guidance on policies and processes across regions.
- Build strong relationships across countries and functions.
