Motorway, the UK’s leading online car-selling platform, is seeking a Senior Total Reward Analyst in London. You will own compensation, equity, and commission across the business, reporting to the CPO and collaborating with senior leadership and Finance.

This hybrid role emphasizes structuring pay, leveraging AI tooling, and shaping a scalable rewards function as the company grows rapidly.

Qualifications

• Solid grounding in total rewards, compensation and benefits or reward experience is desirable
• Hands-on user of AI tools for data analysis, dashboards and recommendations
• Strong analytical and spreadsheet skills
• Clear communicator who partners across People, Finance and the business
• Comfortable in a small, fast-paced team with broad scope

Responsabilités

• Own market pricing and pay benchmarking via external surveys and job matching
• Build out salary bands for the new job architecture, using AI tooling to drive efficiency
• Run the annual merit cycle and gender pay gap reporting with senior partners
• Maintain HRIS data accuracy and build dashboards to turn compensation data into decisions
• Support Talent Acquisition and People Partners on benchmarking and offers
• Bring hands-on experience with employee equity plans (EMI or equivalents) and monitor cap table dynamics
• Develop equity plans (grant sizing, vesting, segmentation) and manage award communications
• Audit and review commission plans to ensure long-term, sustainable incentives
• Collaborate with leadership and Finance on commission plan analysis and documentation
