Autotrader is seeking an experienced Reward Manager to shape and evolve our reward offering across Autotrader. Reporting to the Head of Reward, you'll lead the delivery of core reward programmes, salary reviews, benchmarking, job evaluation and governance, ensuring compensation remains competitive and aligned with our culture and business goals.

• Significant reward experience at manager or senior specialist level.
• Broad expertise across compensation, benefits and wellbeing initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling capabilities.
• Proven experience leading projects in fast-paced environments.
• Solutions‑oriented with sound commercial judgement.
