Job summary

Middlemore, a London-based financial services organisation, is seeking a Compensation & Data Analyst to join its People team. You will run the established reward cycle and help build pay modelling with automation and smarter use of data.

You’ll shape how reward works, provide insights to senior stakeholders, and contribute to gender and ethnicity pay gap reporting while embracing AI-enabled self-service tools for secure data access.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years' analytical experience in reward or people data.
• Strong data cleaning and storytelling skills.
• Advanced Excel; Excel assessment will be part of process.
• Experience automating processes using Power Query, Power BI, VBA, SQL, Python is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Run the annual compensation model and support the end-to-end reward cycle
• Build new pay modelling as the organisation's reward methodology evolves
• Produce gender and ethnicity pay gap reporting
• Support job sizing and benchmarking for new roles
• Provide reward analysis and clear insight to senior stakeholders
• Automate recurring processes so models can be refreshed with new data each year
• Help shape the use of AI and self-service tools that give managers secure, controlled access to reward data
