Job summary

WPP in London is seeking a senior leader to develop and execute the thought leadership strategy for WPP Data & Technology Solutions, aligning with priorities and the WPP Open narrative. You will translate complex AI and data capabilities into clear narratives for senior clients.

You will work with Product, Go to Market, Client Teams, Engineering and other stakeholders to identify innovations and market opportunities, and craft flagship research and executive content.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in thought leadership, editorial strategy, content, communications, research or related discipline.
• Experience in marketing, advertising, technology, consulting or other complex B2B environments.
• Strong understanding of marketing/advertising tech landscape including AI, data, media, creative, production, commerce and measurement.
• Proven ability to develop distinctive strategic narratives and translate complex subjects into clear content.
• Experience creating flagship research, industry reports or major editorial programmes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the thought leadership strategy for WPP Data & Technology Solutions, aligned with business priorities and the WPP Open narrative.
• Identify topics and industry developments to establish a distinctive authoritative point of view.
• Lead flagship research, reports, articles, white papers, executive content and event programming.
• Translate complex product, data and AI capabilities into clear narratives for senior client and industry audiences.
• Collaborate with Product, Go to Market, Client Teams, Engineering and other stakeholders to identify innovations and opportunities.
