Job summary

AWD Online is seeking a Senior Territory Sales Manager to own the Southern sales territory, building new and existing customer relationships across a multi-brand outdoor consumer products portfolio.

You will drive sales, margin and distribution, travel weekly to client sites across the South East, collaborate with head-office teams, and attend trade shows, with a competitive salary plus benefits.

Qualifications

• B2B sales and account management experience driving profitable sales with branded products
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills to gain customer commitment
• Strong Excel skills with reporting and KPI monitoring
• Ability to work independently in a home-based role with weekly travel
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Commercial drive and business acumen for a multi-brand business

Responsibilities

• Secure pre-season, new and in-season top-up orders to deliver sustainable growth in sales, margin and distribution across the Southern territory
• Build strong working relationships with key contacts across new and existing accounts and work effectively with internal colleagues
• Analyse customer needs and build seasonal plans with clear commercial rationale
• Work with sales and head-office teams to support order administration, logistics, credit and payment processes and marketing activity
• Communicate customer, competitor and market trends to support wider strategic planning
• Deliver engaging product training clinics, sales event days and consumer events to strengthen brand visibility in store
• Attend selected national trade fairs and consumer shows as required
