Job summary

SRG are recruiting a Senior Contract & Tender Associate to join the Market Access team in Camberley. The role focuses on coordinating end-to-end tender processes and collaborating with Sales, Marketing and Finance to deliver timely, compliant responses.

You will support NHS Supply Chain and other framework providers, manage pricing schedules and contract documentation, and keep libraries and pricing data up to date.

Qualifications

• Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with tenders, contracts, procurement or pricing.
• Strong Excel/data management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support end-to-end tender processes from opportunity review through submission, award and implementation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance and other stakeholders to prepare compliant tender responses within deadlines.
• Prepare pricing schedules and supporting documentation for tender submissions and other opportunities.
• Draft, review and administer contracts, framework agreements, amendments and pricing schedules.
• Maintain tender libraries, trackers and contract repositories, ensuring audit-ready documentation.
