Job summary

CHASE is seeking a Senior Contract & Tender Associate – Ophthalmology for Surrey, office-based, on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will coordinate end-to-end tender processes, prepare pricing schedules and support commercial negotiations with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance and Marketing.

Ideal candidates will have 1–3 years of relevant experience in tenders and pricing, plus familiarity with NHS procurement routes and healthcare frameworks.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years commercial experience within contracts, tenders, pricing, procurement, sales-support or bid management is desirable.
• Experience supporting commercial negotiations, contract implementation and customer onboarding activities.
• Understanding of NHS procurement routes, framework agreements and procurement portals.
• Experience working with NHSSC, NHS SBS or other healthcare framework providers is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support end-to-end tender processes from opportunity review through submission, award and implementation.
• Gather, review and compile content for tender and bid responses with Sales, Marketing and Finance.
• Prepare pricing schedules, commercial responses and supporting documentation for tender submissions.
• Draft, review and administer customer contracts, framework agreements and pricing schedules.
• Act as operational contact for NHS Supply Chain and other framework providers.
• Coordinate framework pricing implementation and contract implementation activities with Pricing team.
• Manage quotation processes including capital, consumable and multi-quote requests.
• Investigate and resolve pricing, invoicing and contract discrepancies with Finance, Customer Services and Sales.
• Support benchmarking, tender reviews and commercial reporting requirements.
• Provide commercial support to Sales teams assessing pricing requests and proposals.
