Kier Group plc. seeks a Senior Temporary Works Advisor to support design and delivery teams across nationwide projects. You will ensure temporary works compliance, advise on best practices, and contribute to design coordination and audits.

In this role you will drive tender support, feasibility studies and value engineering, act as lead designer when required, and collaborate with clients, suppliers and site teams to deliver safe, efficient solutions.

Qualifications

• Incorporated member of a relevant professional institution or significant experience in a similar role.
• Holding a full driving licence is required.
• Collaborative and able to build effective relationships across teams, clients and stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Advising on the effective implementation of the Group Temporary Works Standard and associated guidance.
• Providing technical and practical advice on temporary works design and implementation.
• Undertaking formal and informal temporary works compliance audits of projects and frameworks.
• Supporting tender and bid winning activities including outline design schemes, feasibility studies, and value engineering.
• Providing design management advice and coordination, acting as lead designer where required.
