Job summary

Kier Group plc. is seeking a Senior Temporary Works Advisor to support our team delivering construction engineering services and temporary works compliance across nationwide projects.

You will advise on implementing standards, provide technical design guidance, and conduct formal and informal compliance audits. Based in various locations with a 40-hour week, the role requires professional membership or equivalent experience, a full driving licence, and the ability to build strong stakeholder

Qualifications

• Incorporated member of a relevant professional institution (e.g. IEng MICE) or extensive equivalent experience.
• Full driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Advise on the effective implementation of the Group Temporary Works Standard and associated guidance.
• Provide technical and practical advice on temporary works design and implementation.
• Undertake formal and informal temporary works compliance audits of projects and frameworks.
• Support tender and bid winning activities including outline design schemes, feasibility studies, and value engineering.
• Provide design management advice and coordination, acting as lead designer where required.
