Job summary

Kier Group plc is seeking a Senior Temporary Works Advisor to join its team delivering construction engineering services and temporary works compliance. You will advise on implementing the Group Temporary Works Standard, provide technical guidance, and lead compliance audits across projects and frameworks.

You will also support tender activities, outline design schemes, feasibility studies, and value engineering.

Qualifications

Incorporated member of a relevant professional institution or significant experience in a similar role.
Holding a full driving licence.
Collaborative and able to build effective relationships across teams, clients and stakeholders.

Focused with a clear, disciplined and thorough approach to your work.

Responsibilities

Advising on the effective implementation of the Group Temporary Works Standard and associated guidance.
Providing technical and practical advice on temporary works design and implementation.
Undertaking formal and informal temporary works compliance audits of projects and frameworks.
Supporting tender and bid winning activities including outline design schemes, feasibility studies, and value engineering.
Providing design management advice and coordination, acting as lead designer where required.
