Job summary

Yorkshire Water is seeking a Senior Telemetry Support Analyst to join the IT team in Leeds. You will maintain telemetry and OT systems, lead complex technical support, and drive improvements while mentoring others.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting telemetry services and critical OT systems.
• Strong knowledge of SCADA in OT environments.
• Ability to read and interpret SQL scripts for troubleshooting.
• Experience leading technical and organisational change.
• Understanding of EA principles and TOGAF/ITIL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead third-line support for telemetry infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Act as SME for telemetry infrastructure and related applications.
• Resolve complex telemetry/OT incidents and manage ticket queues.
• Monitor and upgrade OT/telemetry systems to stay secure and supported.
• Support planning, budgeting and delivery of IT/OT capital projects.
• Develop and maintain support plans and operational procedures.
