Job summary

Anglian Water Services is seeking a proactive professional to join the Enterprise SCADA team on a permanent basis in Lincoln. The role focuses on maintaining and managing the Enterprise SCADA platform and supporting infrastructure, with 24/7 visibility and control across sites and assets.

You will troubleshoot telemetry data issues, support system users, and work with OT colleagues to ensure reliable operation of the Telemetry/SCADA system.

Qualifications

• Experience operating GeoSCADA or other Telemetry/SCADA master systems.
• Strong troubleshooting of telemetry data and RTU communications.
• Provide user support including account administration and data access.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the Enterprise SCADA system remains available and operational.
• Monitor system performance and availability, including interfaces to other applications and data extracts.
• Troubleshoot issues with collection or publication of Telemetry data and RTU communications.
• Provide user support and administer user accounts, troubleshoot issues and provide Telemetry data access.
• Provide expert knowledge of telemetry data, communications protocols and Alarm handling to colleagues.
