Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in telecommunications engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Expert knowledge of network architecture, routing protocols, signaling, and telecommunications standards.
• Proven experience in designing and managing large-scale, high-availability networks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of complex telecommunications networks and systems.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of telecommunications engineers.
• Develop long-term network strategy and roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee the selection and integration of new telecommunications technologies and solutions.
