Job summary

Project People seeks an experienced Network Expansion & Solutions Lead to drive growth opportunities across telecoms and digital infrastructure. You will own end-to-end initiatives from opportunity ID to design, deployment and handover, coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners in a high-profile contract role.

Qualifications

• Experience in telecoms, mobile networks, or digital infrastructure.
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end site development and deployment programmes.
• Strong understanding of planning, permitting and design processes.
• Commercial experience with business cases and contract negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop network expansion opportunities across sites and infrastructure.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of growth opportunities with commercial viability.
• Develop business cases, investment proposals and assessments for expansion.
• Lead engagement with landlords, developers, authorities, suppliers and partners.
• Oversee feasibility, permitting, design and delivery activities.
• Collaborate with engineering, property, legal and delivery teams on execution.
• Monitor timelines, budgets, risks and dependencies; report to senior stakeholders.
• Advise on innovative connectivity and shared infrastructure solutions.
