Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC in London is seeking a Technology Support III within the Equities Prime Financial Services Production Management team to maintain the stability, availability, and performance of applications across Futures & Derivatives Clearing, covering Futures, Options, Credit, Rates, and FX.

You will collaborate across Technology, Business, and Operations to resolve issues, drive improvements, and reduce manual tasks, while building strong relationships with stakeholders and contributing

• Proven experience in technical support or similar roles.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in diverse, global teams.
• Advanced problem solving and analytical skills with a passion for technology.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver on time.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, manage, and optimize the production application environment to ensure applications are prepared and accessible for Business, Operations, and Clients.
• Collaborate with teams and individuals across Technology, Business, and Operations to proactively resolve issues, drive improvements, and enhance efficiency.
• Work closely with team members across Prime Financial Services to drive automation and implement innovative solutions that improve service delivery and reduce manual tasks for the Production Management Team.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address challenges and provide timely updates.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the business and aligned application and infrastructure support teams to enhance service delivery.
