Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a Solutions Analyst to bridge product, operations, and development within Corporate and Investment Banking Payments Technology. You will capture business and data flow requirements, transforming them into technically viable solutions for end-to-end payment systems.

You will analyze data, design architecture, and communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders to drive alignment and successful delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Equivalent expertise in solutions analysis, technical program delivery, or business analysis in payments technology.
• Hands-on experience with major clearing market infrastructures.
• Advanced knowledge of ISO 20022 and SWIFT messaging with data models.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document comprehensive payment solution requirements with stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into structured technical solutions for payments systems.
• Define system capabilities in collaboration with Product and Operations Partners.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for decision-making.
• Collaborate to develop and maintain architecture designs, policies, and governance.
• Stay current with industry trends and apply best practices.
