Based in the London City Cheapside office, the team has a wealth of long-term relationships with clients and candidates, which you will build upon. Developing new client relationships is essential for your growth.

As an experienced consultant, you will:

• Network within the relevant technical community to develop strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Build a candidate community.
• Promote your personal brand and Hays as a leading recruiter.
• Generate and action prospective business leads.
• Source and screen high-quality permanent candidates.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including winning new business, negotiating terms, and closing deals.
• Provide excellent service and aftercare while exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
