Enfield Council is seeking a Senior Technician, Infrastructure Management to help manage and maintain infrastructure and assets across Enfield's Parks and Open Spaces. You will undertake inspections, develop maintenance programmes and deliver improvement projects using a broad range of technical skills.

This role requires an ONC/HNC in Civil Engineering or equivalent, with experience in overseeing maintenance programmes and communicating technical information clearly.

Competenze

• Experience developing maintenance work programmes for Parks and Open Spaces assets.
• Ability to work effectively with contractors and prepare specifications.
• Strong communication of technical information to stakeholders.

• Preparing work programmes and financial estimates.
• Undertaking inspections, surveys and specialist investigations.
• Supporting the design of maintenance, improvement and new-build schemes.
