Enfield Council is seeking a Head of Parks & Arboriculture to provide senior leadership for Parks Operations, Arboriculture and related services in Enfield. You will shape strategy, lead large teams, manage significant budgets and deliver park infrastructure improvements to support safe, sustainable green spaces.

The role requires strong political acumen, stakeholder engagement, and a track record of transformation in place-based services. Flexible working is encouraged where possible.

• Proven leadership of large, diverse operational services.
• Strong people and performance management.
• Experience delivering large budgets and resources.
• Delivery of transformation and continuous improvement.
• Experience in parks, green spaces, arboriculture, environmental or related services.
• Ability to navigate a complex political and stakeholder environment.

• Provide strategic leadership across Parks Operations, Arboriculture, Parks Infrastructure and related services.
• Lead and manage substantial budgets and resources to ensure safe, accessible green spaces.
