Job summary

Marsh in Witham is seeking a Senior Technician for the Bindings/ Delegated Underwriting Client Support Team. The role will be hybrid with two days at home and three days in the Witham office, working across Witham, Birmingham, London and India with a focus on technical client support for brokers.

You will manage high-profile client portfolios, handle technical duties around accounts, premiums and claims, and develop strong broker relationships in a global risk management environment.

Qualifications

• Industry experience in a technical role within insurance.
• Strong numerical skills.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned high profile client portfolio with technical duties relating to client accounts, premiums and claims.
• Manage all brokerage receivables, funding, retention, e-trading, post-booking reporting, payment of funds and all related processes.
• Promote, build and maintain relationships with Brokers, Clients and Markets.
• Participate in training sessions and provide input within the team for Binder/Facility service processing and troubleshooting.
• Interact with the team taking responsibility for bespoke projects and metric reporting.
