Job summary

Marsh in Witham is seeking a Facultative Claims Technician to support client portfolios and end-to-end processing of facultative claims. This hybrid role offers home working two days per week, with the remaining days in the Witham office.

The ideal candidate will have insurance/reinsurance exposure or a strong technical claims background, excellent Excel skills, and a willingness to learn. You will collaborate with brokers, clients and markets to manage funds and reporting.

Qualifications

• Insurance/Reinsurance experience desirable
• Strong analytical and Excel skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a technical claims environment

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned client portfolio and handle technical duties related to client accounts and claims
• Assist with collection of funds with Client and Market Fiduciary
• Manage brokerage receivables, funding, retention, e-trading, and ad hoc reporting
• Promote and maintain relationships with Brokers, Clients and Markets
• Participate in training and provide input on facultative service processing
