About The Role

Reporting to the Site Engineer, you will supervise a multi-skilled maintenance workforce delivering reactive and planned maintenance, minor works, and project activities across the hospital estate. You will play a key role in ensuring statutory compliance, maintaining critical engineering systems, and supporting the safe operation of hospital services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise maintenance teams and contractors.
  • Manage planned preventative maintenance and reactive works.
  • Support the safe operation of critical electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety and statutory requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues and stakeholders.
