Job summary

Ditto is hiring a Senior Technical Support Engineer in the United Kingdom to serve as a trusted advisor for our high-profile enterprise customers. You will dive into code, reproduce complex issues, and coordinate with Product and Engineering to unblock customers.

You will act as a technical expert for SDK and Cloud products, guide developers, respond to live escalations, and help scale our support by building automation and self-service tools.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in technical support engineering or software engineering roles.
• Ability to translate complex problems into clear hypotheses and solutions.
• Deep experience in OS, Cloud Infrastructure, Kubernetes, Networking, Databases, Distributed Systems.

Responsibilities

• Reproduce, debug and elevate technical issues with Engineering and Product.
• Act as a technical expert and escalation point for SDK and Cloud products.
• Work with developers to guide and resolve complex issues.
• Respond to live escalations and production incidents with cross-functional coordination.
• Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to support critical customer needs.
• Build tools to automate and accelerate support workflows.
• Advocate for customer needs to influence product improvements.
