Job summary

Proventeq, a Microsoft Solutions for Modern Work partner, seeks a Technical Support Engineer. You will provide tech support for Proventeq products, assist with SharePoint Online/M365 migrations, and troubleshoot customer environments. The role covers Europe and the USA, with US hours (2 pm–10 pm) and hybrid work from Reading, UK.

Qualifications

Experience supporting .Net/SQL Server based products and custom apps.
Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills.
Solid customer liaison experience.
Experience with support tools such as Zendesk or Remedy.
Knowledge of C#/.Net and SQL Server/PostgreSQL.
Understanding of Agile and DevOps tools like Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

Provide tech support and maintenance on Proventeq products.
Support SharePoint Online/M365 migration and adoption issues.
Troubleshoot in customer environments to resolve issues.
Answer product queries via the support portal.
Prioritise workload based on SLAs and issues' criticality.
Update customers on ticket statuses and contribute to knowledge base.
Participate in meetings and training to improve support.
