Job summary

Zendesk UK Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Technical Presales professional to lead technical validation, design compelling solutions, and deliver POCs that de-risk enterprise buying decisions.

You will build agentic AI-driven workflows and showcase reusable architecture patterns for complex deals. In this role, you’ll navigate SaaS CX/ES ecosystems, collaborate with global teams, and travel up to 30% for on-site discovery and presentations.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience in technical presales, solution engineering, technical consulting, or a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical discipline.
• Proficient with modern web technologies (JavaScript, Python, Node.js), HTML/CSS, REST APIs, and utilising webhooks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical validation phase of the sales cycle, answering detailed RFPs and designing solutions.
• Create impactful Proofs of Concept (POCs) and custom demonstrations to de-risk buying decisions.
• Build and showcase agentic AI-driven workflows using prompt engineering and Zendesk AI features.
• Utilise existing accelerators, API templates, and middleware to deliver architectures for prospects.
• Collect real-world product feedback and help shape future platform enhancements.
