Our configurable LIMS help customers manage laboratory workflow efficiently and include features such as dynamic reporting, barcoding capability, and regulatory compliance.

Role Description: This is a full-time remote role for an experienced Senior Technical Sales Support Specialist to join our Sales team within a fast-growing software company.

The successful candidate will configure software demo systems for a variety of industries and organizations, from small businesses to global pharmaceutical companies.

Key Responsibilities include:

1. Gather requirements, configure, and demonstrate Autoscribe software based on customer/prospect needs.
2. Conduct on-site and off-site demonstrations, including software design, customer workshops, presentations, data modeling, technical architecture, and report writing.
3. Act as a product expert during demonstrations, ensuring demos match prospects' requirements and industry standards, following internal procedures and methodologies.
4. Understand and document prospects’ functional requirements and configure the software accordingly, including report design using reporting tools.
5. Extend functionalities to other products like LIMSLink as needed.
6. Validate demo systems work as intended by testing workflows from start to finish.
7. Assist in managing demo systems and participate in technical seminars and user meetings.
8. Visit distributor companies for demo training and technical assistance.

Experience and Skills:

• Good understanding of relational databases and SQL
• Experience with SQL Server; laboratory experience is beneficial
• Knowledge of Crystal Reporting (training provided if necessary)
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong customer-facing skills
• Fast learner
• Full driving license (some travel may be required)
