Role Title - Senior Technical Support Specialist - Parcel Lockers
Location - London, Farringdon (Hybrid, 3 days in office)

Parcel Lockers are an integral part of our future, and as the rollout continues to grow rapidly, we are seeking a Parcel Locker Technical Specialist. This role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance of parcel locker systems.

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of hardware and software systems and be capable of delivering high-level technical support and problem-solving for both internal teams and customers. The specialist will collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and customer support teams to ensure the system's continuous and efficient operation.

Responsibilities
  1. Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to parcel locker hardware and software.
  2. Lead troubleshooting and repair of malfunctioning locker systems.
  3. Provide advanced technical support to the team and customers.
  4. Oversee the installation, configuration, and testing of new systems.
  5. Collaborate with engineers and product teams to improve system performance and reliability.
  6. Monitor and analyze system data to proactively identify and address potential issues.
  7. Document technical procedures, fixes, and updates for internal use.
  8. Ensure compliance with all technical standards and regulations.
Skills & Experience
  1. Experience in technical support or maintenance, preferably with parcel lockers or similar systems.
  2. Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
  3. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex technical issues.
  4. Ability to mentor and support junior technical staff.
