Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including at least 2 years in an in-house corporate environment.
• Proven track record of hiring for technical roles across multiple software engineering disciplines.
• Demonstrated experience sourcing, assessing, and closing senior-level technical talent up to Director level.
• Experience partnering with senior engineering leaders or executives on hiring strategies.
• Proven ability to manage a high volume of technical roles and deliver results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

• Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies to engage exceptional technical talent, including niche and senior-level roles.

• Use recruiting metrics and market insights to influence decisions, improve efficiency, and uphold a high hiring bar.
