Job summary

Airwallex is seeking an experienced professional to act as a trusted technical advisor for high‑value implementations and ERP/HRIS/API integrations in the Greater London area.

You will partner with onboarding and account management teams to translate customer requirements into scalable architectures and robust integration blueprints, while guiding complex configuration decisions and minimizing coding needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, customer success, or project/program management for complex tech or financial services implementations.
• 4+ years in client-facing delivery or professional services in fast-paced environments (SaaS/fintech/systems integration).
• Proven track record delivering cross-functional projects with diverse stakeholders including C‑level executives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, including steering meetings and status updates.
• Experience delivering ERP, accounting systems or expense platforms (Netsuite, SAP, Oracle, Xero) implementations and data flows.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted technical advisor on high-value implementations and expansions, shaping integration approaches and solution design.
• Partner with activation/onboarding and account management teams to translate requirements into scalable architectures with ERP/HRIS/API integrations.
• Collaborate with sales on technical discovery to determine the best integration blueprint and API/connectors strategy.
• Troubleshoot integration hurdles with customers and guide complex configuration decisions.
• Serve as subject matter expert on the broader integration ecosystem, collaborating with sales, product and partners.
• Create and maintain internal docs, playbooks and lightweight tooling for scalable integration support.
• Channel customer pain points to Product and Engineering to influence roadmap.
