Fuse Energy is building a fully integrated energy company and is hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter to attract world-class talent across engineering, hardware, trading and data science. You’ll own the full recruitment cycle and partner closely with hiring managers to meet Fuse's ambitious growth plans.

You’ll develop tailored sourcing strategies, assess candidates for technical excellence and cultural fit, and drive high-quality processes to close top talent in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in tech environments.
• Experience hiring at high-performance tech firms, trading, or similar.
• Ability to identify niche, in-demand skill sets and close candidates.

Responsibilities

• Develop tailored sourcing strategies across software, hardware, trading, and data science.
• Screen and assess candidates for technical excellence and cultural fit.
• Run high-quality processes: manage pipeline, debriefs, candidate experiences.
• Negotiate offers and close world-class talent in competitive markets.
