Qualifications

• Degree in Food Science, Horticulture, or Agricultural-based discipline or equivalent.
• HACCP Level 3/4 and Level 3 Food Safety supervision certifications.
• Fluent in English, additional languages are advantageous.
• Clean UK driving license with flexibility to travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a robust FSQM system, ensuring compliance.
• Manage, train, and motivate the Quality team.
• Act as primarily technical contact for customer complaints.
• Conduct root cause analysis to drive improvements.
• Conduct supplier audits and implement corrective actions.
• Understand challenges in sourcing and distribution.
• Create KPI trackers and technical reports.
