You’ll partner with frontline teams, product, and engineering, aligning goals and driving adoption while turning ambitious plans into measurable outcomes across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex technology programmes or products from inception to launch.
• Exceptional communicator who can create clarity for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in a global business with a presence in multiple markets.
• Ability to influence across teams and senior leaders without relying on formal authority.
• Ability to turn ambitious ideas into actionable plans and drive adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of major product or platform programmes that cross multiple teams and markets.
• Define programme roadmaps and milestones, set priorities, manage trade-offs, risks, and dependencies.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment and speed of delivery across the business.
• Manage dependencies, timeline, and sequencing of delivery.
• Drive change, not just delivery, with a focus on operational impact and adoption.
• Ensure operational effectiveness across your area.
