Qualifications

• Experienced manager with a strong technical and delivery background; has previously worked as a software engineer.
• Delivery experience and ability to guide squads toward outcomes.
• Natural ability to inspire and motivate a team.

Responsibilities

• Take accountability for delivery across your squad(s), collaborating with the Technical Lead and Product Manager.
• Actively foster a high bar for engineering excellence.
• Lead, coach and develop a group of seven to ten engineers.
