Monzo is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager in London or Remote (UK) to help ship more and better payment product offerings. This high-impact role blends technical leadership with program management to accelerate delivery across multiple teams.

You will own end-to-end planning, drive roadmaps, align stakeholders, and remove blockers to ensure fast, reliable launches. A track record of leading complex tech programs is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing complex technology programs or products from inception to launch
• Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively to a wide range of audiences, including executive leadership
• Comfortable in a global business with a presence in multiple markets and want to be a part of scaling this further
• Able to work with a diverse range of people and working styles to get stuff done and influence others
• Understand how functionality comes together across products and platforms to deliver value and mitigate delivery risks
• Comfortable diving deep into data and architecture to make good decisions in complex situations

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of launching payment products that cross multiple teams and disciplines
• Define program roadmaps and milestones, set priorities, manage trade-offs, identify and manage critical path and risks, ensure alignment with the business goals and ambition
• Collaborate and communicate with multiple stakeholders, both technical and non-technical across the business to ensure alignment and speed of delivery
• Manage dependencies, timeline and sequencing of delivery
• Drive effective decision making to remove blockers and speed up delivery
• Ensure operational effectiveness across your collective/area
