Job summary

Computacenter PLC in the UK is seeking an experienced Product Owner to define and develop the SAP Sales and Service roadmap. You will work with business and technical stakeholders to prioritise initiatives, drive platform investment and ensure delivery across design, build, test, and deployment.

You will own backlogs, EPICs and user stories, establish governance, and manage third‑party vendors to maximise value.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in product ownership or product management in enterprise tech.
• Knowledge of SAP Sales and Service platforms and ability to work with technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience defining product strategy, roadmaps and priorities aligned to business needs.
• Understanding of ITIL, SAFe and DevSecOps delivery frameworks.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a complex environment.

Responsibilities

What you'll do

Define and develop the product strategy and longer‑term roadmap for SAP Sales and Service platforms. Own and manage product backlogs, EPICs, user stories and planning activity to support effective delivery. Establish and maintain standards, policies and governance for the use and development of SAP Sales and Service solutions. Ensure services operate effectively against agreed service levels, performance expectations and cost targets. Manage third‑party vendors and partners to ensure strong performance and value for money. Support service introduction, adoption and ongoing optimisation across the organisation. Provide leadership across teams and the wider supply chain, fostering collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.

What you'll need

Strong experience in product ownership, product management or a similar role within enterprise technology environments. Knowledge of SAP Sales and Service platforms and the ability to work effectively with technical specialists and business stakeholders. Experience defining product strategy, roadmaps and priorities in line with business needs. Good understanding of delivery frameworks and practices such as ITIL, SAFe and DevSecOps. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders and deadlines in a complex environment. Strong communication, facilitation, presentation and stakeholder management skills. Experience working in customer‑or user‑facing environments, with the ability to translate technical detail into business value. A collaborative leadership style, with the ability to coach, influence and drive results across matrix teams.
