Job summary

Computacenter PLC in the UK is seeking an experienced Product Owner to define and develop the SAP Sales and Service roadmap. You will work with business and technical stakeholders to prioritise initiatives, drive platform investment and ensure delivery across design, build, test, and deployment.

You will own backlogs, EPICs and user stories, establish governance, and manage third‑party vendors to maximise value.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in product ownership or product management in enterprise tech.
• Knowledge of SAP Sales and Service platforms and ability to work with technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience defining product strategy, roadmaps and priorities aligned to business needs.
• Understanding of ITIL, SAFe and DevSecOps delivery frameworks.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a complex environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and develop the product strategy and long‑term roadmap for SAP Sales and Service platforms.
• Prioritise initiatives, improvements and platform investment with business and technical stakeholders.
• Lead delivery across design, build, test, implementation and early life support.
• Own and manage backlogs, EPICs, user stories and planning for effective delivery.
• Establish standards, governance and policies for SAP development and usage.
• Ensure services meet SLAs, performance targets and cost objectives.
• Manage third‑party vendors to ensure value for money and strong performance.
• Support service introduction, adoption and optimisation across the organisation.
• Provide leadership across teams and the wider supply chain, fostering collaboration and accountability.
