Computacenter AG & Co. oHG is seeking a Senior Technical Product Owner for SAP HR to own the strategy, roadmap and ongoing development of the SAP HR landscape within GIS.

You will collaborate with Technology Office, GIS and the wider business to shape future direction and ensure value delivery. The role requires strong SAP HR expertise, a track record in product strategy and experience with ITIL/SAFe/DevSecOps frameworks.

• Strong SAP HR platform knowledge within an enterprise environment.

Life on the team

You’ll join the SAP Product Management team within GIS, where we are responsible for the strategy, development and ongoing performance of key SAP platforms that support core business services. This role focuses on SAP HR and works closely with business stakeholders, technical teams and partners to ensure the platform continues to meet current needs while supporting future priorities. It’s a varied role with a strong mix of product ownership, stakeholder engagement, governance and delivery oversight.

What you’ll do

• Own the strategy, roadmap and ongoing development of the SAP HR product landscape.
• Work with stakeholders across Technology Office, GIS and the wider business to identify priorities and shape future platform direction.
• Develop and maintain a multi-year roadmap for deployment, adoption and service evolution.

• Lead the delivery of investments, initiatives and continuous improvements, ensuring they meet agreed time, cost and quality expectations.
